How we phase a whole-home project
We split the house into work zones so you always have a livable bedroom, one usable bathroom, and a kitchen you can stand in. Common living areas usually go first because they are the loudest and dustiest step. Bedrooms follow so you can stack furniture out of the way during the day and sleep in a finished room at night.
Total on-site time varies with square footage, ceiling height, and whether we are doing repair work alongside the refinish. Most three and four bedroom Kaufman County homes wrap in one to two weeks.
Why bundling saves time and money
Mobilization, containment, and cleanup are the fixed costs of a ceiling project. Bundling rooms into one visit means those fixed costs get spread across the whole house instead of billed per room. That is why the per-square-foot number on a whole-home refinish is almost always lower than the per-square-foot number on a single-room job.
What you get at the end
Consistent smooth ceilings across every room, primed and paint-ready. If you are prepping the house to sell, we can coordinate directly with your painter or realtor so the ceiling finish and wall paint hand off cleanly.
